They have been amazing so far. When I came home from vacation and found water in my room I called a Plummer and he recommended Advanced Cleaning & Restoration. I then called them to come out then called my insurance company. My insurance company told me they had another company coming out so I called Advanced Cleaning & Restoration to cancel, they informed me I didn’t have to take them just because my insurance sent them. I was informed that if the insurance sends someone out they are working for the insurance company and not me, so I decided to keep Advanced Cleaning & Restoration and canceled they other company and have never looked back. Thank you for letting me know I have control of who I choose to fix my house.

From customer without internet access Advanced Cleaning & Restoration did an outstandingjob for us after severe water damage to our home. They were very diligent and caring to our scedules of being home and for my radio broadcast. Curt, Kevin and Bob and others were very polite and more dedicated to doing a first class job. I highly recommend Advanced Cleaning for any all restoration needs, they are very professional.

They did more than just fix the problem. They walked me through the insurance process, discussed all my options, and taught me about how the problem occurred and how to prepare against it in the future. The repair was timely and complete. Every employee was professional. They’ll take care of you. I highly recommend, especially if you’re a new homeowner like me.
