Brandon from MoldX came out to inspect water damage/mold from a leak that reached the crawl space. Brandon said the mold was very limited and suggested I could save a bunch of money by buying a product from Home Depot for $8.00 and doing it myself. He walked me through how to do it and even left me his jumpsuit to use in the crawl space and then wrote a letter I needed to show the buyers of our home that there was no extensive damage. And he didn’t charge me anything. You don’t find that kind of honesty very often. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

Following the construction of our newly built home we discovered moisture in the crawl space. We had Brandon with MoldX come out and he performed a detailed inspection. He found that we had an area of concern which was quickly remedied. Brandon offered suggestions as to how in the future this could be avoided. We had a powered ventilation system added in the crawl space and piped the downspouts water to a french drain. We believed these actions to be sufficient to cure any future problem. We have every confidence that Brandon knows his craft and was able to explain it all in terms that we could understand. About a year later, my wife commissioned Brandon with MoldX to come back and perform a follow up inspection. Within a very few days, Brandon was at out door to do another inspection. He found our crawl space to be dry and free of any signs of mold. This was our favorite outcome. Brandon’s latest inspection consumed at least an hour of his day. I noticed a small mold spot in my closet, failed to get rid of it properly, and it returned. I contacted MoldX via the web contact us and heard from Brandon a few hours later. He scheduled to come out the next day for a free inspection and I emptied the closet so he could more easily inspect. At that point I discovered the closet we were using for storage had a ton of mold all over the wall. I mentally prepared to spend thousands of dollars and find a place to stay for a few days while it got fixed. Brandon showed up on time, quickly deduced it was a superficial problem, and sold me $20 worth of chemicals. He also took the time to text me instructions on how to properly do the job myself and what PPE (gear) I needed. He gave me the price of having the company come out and do it, and it was very reasonable but I did it myself. The product was incredible, and Brandon was absolutely right with it being superficial. there wasn’t even damage to the paint. Such a blessing to have found Brandon. Thank you so much for your integrity.

Brandon with MoldX exceeded my expectations. I got an early next day appointment which is hard to get nowadays. Brandon showed up on time and thoroughly examined the mold situation in our crawl space and gave us a few different solutions to handling our mold concerns.
