Fantastic work!! Jay helped us work thru a leak situation on a metal roof, and he was able to collaborate with Superior Gutter and Roofing to get a full roof approval, new decking, interior floor damages, truss work, to help my client filly recover from their property claim. I will recommend Jay and be working closely with him in the future!!

Once they had the check in their hands all ethics went out the window. We were assured they would not be like other resto companies and they so far are worse. We have been trying to get an update on our house and have been ignored completely. Our project manager has never communicated with us well and what he said was done was not and part of what was done was so horrible we asked for a site meeting and have since been stonewalled, we are losing money everyday, we told them our deadline and they don’t care and are doing nothing to make it right and or to get our house done. Nothing that has been done is the way it was supposed to and in fact will cost us more money because they told us they would take of it and now they are saying they have to charge us extra when we brought it up before they said it was included and they would take care of it. Hoping this review will get some kind of communication going…

Allay takes jobs and payment from insurance adjusters to provide extremely lowballed comparative estimates, leaving homeowners with a massive uphill battle against their insurance company. Thanks Jay @ Allay for creating a nightmare. If you have had major water damage and are taking the steps to rebuild your destroyed home, watch out for people and companies like this who are morally lost. They are here for the $$ and Insurance companies like Statefarm are willing to keep the partnered funds flowing to them to screw people like me over. Allay, your quote was about $30K-$40K lower than ALL of the other contractors that provided estimates. But since the Insurance companies pay you for that insane estimate, you are the quote they want to pay out on.

Maybe .5 star and that’s for the mitigation. Repairs were subpar, not completed and company acted in morally grey area. Do not have this company do any repairs to your home.

Next month will mark a year that my house flooded. Insurance was great on paying right away but repairs have been a nightmare. Demolition was done in the first month. The flooring was torn out and huge parts of the walls cut out but repairs did not start until mid November . We lived in this mess for 7 months. Stayed at an Airbnb for a month while repairs were done. Moved back in mid December . They insisted on payment in full when we did walk thru even though they still had things to finish. Made a punch list of things left to fix. They just finished repairs in March except for my oven door handle that got broke when they moved it to do flooring. A lot of false promise’s, and has a way of blaming the customer for timelines and did not want to fix my oven door was told it was not broken when they moved it out so someone besides them must have moved it back. Remember I was living at an Airbnb and would not come over and move my oven around. And they ask for 50% down before they will start repairs even when it is covered by insurance.

Really happy with their restoration service after the water damage. I would say the impacted area is 99% restored. Allay did a very good job communicating with my insurance and myself, showing me the estimate and draft only a few days after I first called them. Big shout out to Dustin’s team – Kurdt and Cole – they were super friendly and efficient while they were on-site doing the repairs and helping me move furniture back in place, and they were really good about communicating while I was not home. Keep on the good work!

Loyd was extremely helpful in dealing with our water leak. It had already been a stressful week and a water leak was the last thing I needed. He was fast with his responses. Helped with advice and referrals. There was no hassle and my leak was fixed fast with minimal damage. I am not so grateful for having a leak but I am thankful for the quick and helpful service I received. They will be my first call if something like this ever happens again!

After an extremely bad experience with quality of construction work completed on a insurance claim by a local restoration company, a construction attorney suggested I contact Allay. Allay’s Ben Davis provided a thorough inspection of the construction done on our home and provided a detailed 19 page report of his findings. Mr. Davis also made himself available to review his report with representatives of the construction firm. Mr. Davis’s time, effort, and professionalism has been much appreciated toward working to resolve what has been an extremely difficult experience.

Lloyd and his son addressed the issue with haste positioning dryer fans and dehumidifiers to reduce the water content of our oak kitchen flooring that had been flooded. They checked the progress of the drying daily over the four days needed to complete the job at hand. Thank you!
