We had an inspection done on our home we are selling. The inspector found mold in our crawlspace. I instantly started to panic!!! I figured it would cost a fortune and take hours to fix. We were given David’s number by our realtor. He had done work for her clients in the past and they were all very pleased. Very clean and professional. The process took less then 2 hours and he worked with us on a payment arrangement. Would highly recommend using these guys!!!!!

David was very responsive and did an EXCELLENT job removing the mold from our attic when we sold our home, and the work came with a 3 year warranty. He was professional and did all the work in the same day without leaving a mess. Thanks for the great job and affordable price!! Would recommend him to anyone! Beat 2 other bids too!

His heart for clients is golden and he makes people feel valued every time he sees them. If I was to choose a mold removal company I’d go with these guys. They make everything so easy and convient. Affordable Mold Removal to the rescue! I am selling my home and the buyers inspector found mold in the attic. Luckily it was in the early stages and hadn’t spread to far. I had a few mold specialists come out to inspect the area and quote out the job. Some of the prices quoted were very unrealistic. David came out the same day I called him and gave me a detailed and very fair quote for the job. AMR completed the job for me and even offered a 3 year warranty (free of charge) on the work performed that stays with the house. Now I can move forward with the sale and the new owners have the peace of mind knowing that the issue has been properly rectified. I highly recommend Affordable Mold Removal to anyone that comes across a mold issue.

Great price, David is a very friendly person who was able to keep me informed on what needed to be done without having to spend more than necessary. Communication and professionalism was exceptional at a price that was far less than the other companies I got quotes from.

I am a real estate broker and have used David’s services many times in the past. He has always been prompt in responding to my remediation requests as well as being priced fairly. Sometimes I have been required to obtain more than one bid for mold removal and David has always been the one to respond the quickest with the most honest evaluation recommendations. Have used AMR several times on my rentals, and have used him to consult. They have always been very fair, and low priced. I had one instance where I thought I had an entire attic with mold and on his consult determined that nothing needed to be done, because there wasn’t any mold. I wouldn’t have known different if there was, and he could have easily gotten a job, but was very honest.
