Ryan Morgan and the crew at Rainbow Restoration are the most professional people you will ever meet. After a fire devastated our home, Rainbow Restoration stepped up. From the cleaning to the rebuild, always keeping in constant contact, I never felt ignored. I will say that they left my home better than I found it when I bought it. I am forever grateful and will be using Rainbow restoration on future home improvements.

The sales pitch was much more promising than the service delivered. Rainbow completed some mold restoration and roof repair for us. Initially the communication was good. The bid was a little high but acceptable. Then as the project proceeded, they didn’t complete all the bid items but still demanded to be paid for the full bid price regardless of the work completed Moreover, much of the work was not timely completed, nor completed to even an acceptable standard. Stains did not match, paint was not blended right and electrical problems abound. At least 2 different times, they claimed to be finished, but there were still holes in the wall and nonworking lights Ultimately they did fix the holes and lights. However, I ultimatel gave trying to have them match the stain since they failed three times.

Our experience could have been better. Their communication was horrible, quality of work wasn’t good. We kept getting apologies about how they miscommunicated internally, which kept delaying our project. They didn’t complete the reinstallation of appliances they uninstalled and moved to complete the restoration. I’d recommend staying away from this company, or at a minimum getting multiple bids in addition to them if you do decide to speak with them.

Ryan, Peter, Jamie, Reric and Herman responded quickly to our home emergency, which we greatly appreciated. Each was professional, helpful and the quality of their work was excellent. Ryan also engaged an additional contractor (roofer) quickly to solve an issue, and we greatly appreciated this as well. We highly recommend Rainbow Restoration!

We called around to various companies for quotes to fix water damage and mold. NaCole was very quick call us back and provide an estimate. Rainbow was the only company to even return calls. NaCole did an excellent job communicating with us and between the crews. The work was outstanding and done in a timely manner. Would absolutely use them again.

Rainbow came in after another company did our remediation and did not fully dry out our walls and floors. They were on time, communicated their findings and showed me with their equipment the moisture still in my walls and basement ceiling. They taped off what needed to be dried out-which was very appreciated that they did not dry out the entire house or get the drywall dust everywhere. I highly recommend them.

We had some water damage that they came and took care of. It was a really small job. The clean-up was fine but I do not think they did a good job at all of restoring the small section of wall they had too. It was not done in the time they said it would and the quality was poor. The drywall was not smooth at all and was very sloppy on the edges. When we asked why it was done poorly they said it looked professional. The trim was supposed to be replaced and was not. The billing was an issue as well and it took several months to get it ironed out. The picture shows the texture and edge of the wall, the rest of the wall is not textured so this section should just be smooth.
