I asked for a written warranty and got the most unprofessional letter that did not even have the person’s name on it. If you can even write a coherent letter you should not be in business.

Left a message 48 hours ago and no response. Edit: they did reach out when they noticed the negative review. I was able to show by phone records that I did phone them. There was apparently some issue beyond their control that prevented them from receiving my message. They were very concerned and wanted to make it right. Although I didn’t end up using their services, they seem to be good people and reviews from others shows that they do a good job.

I had a VERY significant mold issue which Tyler and crew demo’d and remediated. In addition to being honest and easy to talk to, Tyler himself is a great human being. He would take a few minutes out of his obviously very busy day to let my curious young son poke his head in on the project from time to time and Tyler would talk about what he was doing. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Boise Mold Removal. These guys are fantastic.
