Scott Redder is the man! He asked about our flooding and said it sounded like it could probably wait until the next day, I asked why and he told me that he was happy to get a crew over that night but I could save the after hours fee if I waited till morning. He was there first thing in the morning with a crew. He even stopped by on Sunday in his Sunday best to see how the dehydration was going and bring some extra fans. Price was more than fair. I won’t ever go anywhere else…hope I don’t need their services again, haha.

I called about 4 or 5 times to get someone to my place for a quote (over about week and a half)when I finally get to speak to someone it’s always I will get ahold of you later or they will be there tomorrow. Needless to say no one ever came. I would say don’t waste you time and look elsewhere

One of the worst times in my life. On top of loosing two vehicles and $16k worth of stuff and $10k worth in damages. It was the worst time dealing with square one. Their quality of work is really poor, they are never on time, and their communication is very very minimal . They lead you to believe you have to use them for the work, you don’t. They couldn’t even clean my stuff properly. I’m still missing some very valuable items, and they also got our contents “mixed” up with someone else’s and spend a lot of time picking through stuff, just to still be shorted on returned items. Who would I recommend other then square one? Anyone! Anytime is going to be better then these clowns. I could go on and on it took them 5 months and they still aren’t completely done with us yet!

Called them in an emergency flooding situation… Stillman was at my house within 15 minutes to assess the situation. The crew was here within 30 minutes. Very prompt and professional workers and staff!! Dustin was very caring and compassionate. Huge thank you for amazing work!!!
