There are not enough superlatives in any language to describe the quality of customer service that Jim Conroy at ServiceMaster Fire & Water Restoration By Rapid Response, has provided. He is a true professional, as well as a patient, kind, and understanding person. I live in New England and hired Jim to deal with a hoarding tennant who left the unit with mold from an unresolved flood, and several feet deep of insect/mold contaminated garbage. The degree of contamination and filth was so great that flooring, sheetrock, cabinets, all needed to be removed. There have been delays caused by the tennant, which Jim and his crew have gracefully worked around. He communicates regularly, he has documented his work with photos, and has been prompt to answer questions. It is worrisome to hire someone halfway around the world to work on your property without your presence. Jim’s professional service has created peace of mind. I highly recommend ServiceMaster Fire & Water Restoration By Rapid Response.

We had a fire in early Feb 2022 and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Jim was out the day of the fire just hours after it was out out. He had a team come in right away to start the process of cleaning up. They immediately started a bunch of fans to filter the air. They came through with hazmat suits and took pictures of everything. This list was so helpful for our insurance claim and without them we would’ve missed all the little things that quickly added up. I would’ve said we have some toys, clothes, tvs, video games, and computers. I think they tested for hazardous materials like asbestos because the house was built in the late 70s. After everything was removed they removed the damaged drywall and ceiling. Then they removed all the carpet in the house. We didn’t really know anyone for the repairs so they referred us to someone. I had started asking around and we were lucky enough to know someone who knew a licensed general contractor. I know this is Hawaii and everyone knows someone who knows someone. Overall great experience with Jim and his entire team. They were professional and communicated well throughout the process. This was the first time and hopefully the last time, but they do this often. They knew exactly what to do and walked us through what to expect.

When we had a washing machine flood our home, Jim and his crew promptly showed up and helped us find out what our actual situation was (luckily it was MUCH better than what we had feared). Each member of his team was respectful. courteous, and professional. They clearly communicated exactly what the situation was and they explained the options that we have to take care of it. We hope never to have to call on them again, but should the need arise, we know people we can trust. Thank you so much for your help!

5 star service! Recent May 13th 2018 East Oahu Flood and wind damage had homeowners needing immediate mold remediation, and water damage clean up. Jim’s crew had boots on the ground in Aina Haina, Niu Valley right away. Professional, right crew, and equipment. They helped out multiple homeowners in a very stressful time get their homes put back together.
