John was awesome! I was extremely sick from our hidden toxic mold and he gave us so much information on how to properly remediate our mold issue. John even took into consideration my sensitivity to harsh chemicals when recommending steps to take. While John and his crew were already scheduled out for our immediate needs, he gave me the knowledge to know additional steps we needed to take that the other remediation company had no knowledge about. John Aponte is an expert in the field of mold remediation with decades of experience, and he is very patient and generous with his time and knowledge. He walked us through every aspect of the project, patiently answered all our questions, and was always available for follow up questions, even after the job was done. I truly enjoyed meeting and working with him. He answers the phone, shows up on time (even early), and is more than thorough. Talking to him, you can immediate sense that he really cares about his clients. He does this work because he loves it, and that shows too. He was there to oversee everything and did most of the work himself. He truly is a gem and Maui is lucky to have him.

We called Maui Mold Removal to inspect one of our bedrooms that had some mold growing in it. John (the owner) came out the next day and was extremely helpful and informative in explaining how we could remedy the situation. His team of guys were very professional and did an excellent job in a timely matter. John was very nice, professional, and helpful to work with and I’d highly recommend using his company.

I was concerned about the possibility of mold in my kitchen from a leak in the attic above and contacted Maui Mold Removal. John, the owner, was very thorough in his inspection of the attic and kitchen, found nothing that needed to be remediated and followed up with a report and pictures. John is experienced, professional and kind (he took the time to fix something that he noticed needed to be repaired). Maui is lucky to have someone with his years of experience.

We were incredibly happy with John and Maui Mold Removal. We had a water leak from an AC unit in a bedroom of our home, and of the three quotes I received, we decided to move forward with Maui Mold Removal based on the speed at which we were able to get the quote, the excellent recommendations John provided when he came to inspect, and the fair pricing. He was able to finish the job right away and did a very thorough job, with him and his crew truly going above and beyond. And, we had the follow up mold inspection testing done after he completed, and passed with all mold clear. I definitely recommend then and we would use them again in the future for sure!
