Spencer & his crew were incredibly professional & knowledgeable. They came in at a fraction of the price of a national company’s estimate & got the job done right. The national company used fear & scare tactics to try to take advantage of a mold situation. Spencer was honest, full of experience & expertise, & did not take advantage of our situation. He & his crew are truly Godsends! I would never waste time getting an estimate from any other company. 3 Lions Restoration can handle any job, in my opinion. Thank you, Spencer!

I have my own residential property inspection here in Atlanta and have been referring clients to 3 Lions for years. In that time I have heard nothing but the highest praise from my clients about their service and workmanship. I will not recommend anyone else for mold mitigation, or restoration work. The owner of the company is one of the most forthright and honest human beings on the planet, and someone who takes pride in going above and beyond for his clients, and agent partners. Honest pricing, objective analysis, and just downright good people here – do yourself a favor and use 3 Lions, I really can’t say enough good things about them.

Working with 3 Lions Restoration has been a shining light at the end of a very black moldy tunnel. We bought a house with extensive water damage that turned into a huge amount of mold damage. 3 Lions did the pre- purchase inspection and full remediation of the garage and basement where the damage and mold was, including a full replacement of the garage drywall. The two employees who worked on our home were incredibly polite and efficient, and everyone in the office has been responsive and pleasurable to work with, especially considering they are working around our schedule as we go through an out of state move. This type of damage is of course something nobody wants to deal with, but I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in this position.
