This company was hired to complete work in my home ( insurance claim sewage back up.)The owner of Total Restoration Chris authorized work in my home after talking to the insurance company! They took the job and did more damage. The owner did thousands of dollars worth of damage in my customize master bedroom, shower, double vanity clothes, garage etc. On top of that had a pod delivered to my home took my cabinets off our walls took a lot of valuable things, he fill the pod from my home and took the pod I have yet to get my things back valued at thousands of dollars nor have he offer to repair the damages that he authorized and him and his team did to me and my family home. Then he had the nerve to put a 495,000 lean on my property. Talking about committing fraud they did just that! Also he called and harassed me and one of my teenage daughter every day nothing was about the job nor professional. This man stated that our home was nice that was nice, beautiful one day he will have a home like this. This is not the way to get it Sir. PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL THIS COMPANY ARE THEIFS AND CROOKS!

Beware of using this company. The owner Chris did not work with integrity. There were a lot of things he did wrong, but my biggest problem is he knocked a wall down in my home and removed the main support that keeps my house structural properly and he did not add a beam for support meaning if a tree falls on my home that entire area could possibly collapse. It’s already cracking in the area where there should be beam. My floors are cracking and separating as well. It’s so dangerous and inconsiderate considering that I have a 2 year old son that lives in my home and he didn’t think twice about that. He was only concerned with milking me for money for incomplete work. I highly recommend not using this company unless you want a janky job done.

Great service here. I had a flood in my basement and Chris was on the scene within minutes and did great work. He helped me with communicating with the insurance company. This company is the best hands down!!!

Chris Kwangwari is a complete liar. Don’t do business with this person unless you’re looking to be completely ripped off and then find there’s a lien on your property because your contractor couldn’t pay his sub contractors.

Chris Kwangwari at Total services Restoration stole $575 worth of services from my company. We reached out to him, he said he would call back however we never received a call back or a response to our many other calls. Theft of services charges are pending. See attached bounced check returned for non-sufficient funds. Chris, since you don’t remember, look at your account, check number 2666. It was returned because you don’t have money in your account and you are writing bad checks.

Chris Kwangwari of Total Services Restoration in metro Atlanta hired my son-in-law, Irving Hernandez, in November of 2019 for an interior painting job in the amount of $1600 and then never paid him for the work. He has not responded to any emails or phone calls in our effort to collect the amount due. He also hired another contractor that I know for a flooring job and then refused to pay him, also. Do not do business with this company unless you are prepared to be ripped off! TOTALLY DISHONEST!!!!! I will stop posting bad reviews on social media if and when you pay Irving Hernandez the $1600 you owe him for painting 5445 Bridle Point Parkway in Snellville in November of 2019. YOUR CHOICE!!!

Total Restoration was very prompt, very professional and persistent to get the job done and get It done right!! My floors are impeccable! Enjoy looking at them everyday. I trusted their opinions with my flood renovation and I would use them again. I am constantly referring them and the owner Chris treated me and my baby as family and cared about our entire process of our loss, being displaced and working to get us back in our home! I have the kitchen of my dreams all thanks to this team! Keep up the great work Chris & team and thanks for helping Restore the lives of people who really need it, one home at time, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Customer service was exceptional. They guys were prompt and restored my master bathroom, laundry room and made them look better than before the water damage. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home. I am thankful for their expertise and honesty.
