Justin and James showed up and were on time, communicative, and professional. For my situation, they took a look and assessed but advised that the level of work/ severity would likely not require their level of services. Once my plumber was able to arrive and assess for himself, it was clear I wouldn’t need the level of remediation that I originally thought. Justin understood my needs and did not end up charging me for the initial visit, which I appreciated. He is knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my problem quickly. I will keep him and Big Bear in mind should I or anyone I know be in need of their services.

What a difference a day makes! Tyler and Ramiro came to the house in the morning to begin preliminary debris removal. By the end of their day, the areas of the house that could be accessed were cleared, breathable and debris free. Clearing of this type is overwhelming and they knew what to do. When they first arrived, we walked through the house and a plan was laid out and they executed it with ease. Tyler was great at checking in with me every so often. Ramiro was thorough as well. He found some sentimental and practical items beneath the debris and he politely asked if we wanted them. We did! Thanks Tyler and Ramiro for helping to get the initial parts of the job completed. This allows the next steps forward.
