We were in Germany for the Holidays when a neighbor notified us water was coming out of our house. Temps in Georgia dropped to 7 degrees and our pipes froze. We tried calling a dozen places, and Acqua was the only place that responded. Not only were they willing to work with us in terms of not making us take an emergency flight home, they used software and tools available to walk us through the (extensive) damage and what needed to get packed up, what was going into storage and what needed to go into the upstairs. From there they continued to be easy to work with, recommending good value places to get cabinetry, etc. They also went to bat for us with the insurance company, maximizing the value in the renovations from what we were given in our claim. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bill, and all the people we dealt with and, while I do hope I never have to work with them as a customer ever again, if I do, I will not hesitate to call Acqua restoration in the future.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Acqua Restoration. Our basement experienced flooding issues and we called three separate companies to help. Acqua Restoration was the first one to respond and the first one to show up. They were extremely professional and walked me through every step of the cleanup and mitigation process. From the initial cleanup to the removal of their equipment, the team was nothing but professional, showed up when they said they would, answered any questions we had, and made you truly feel that you were a member of their family. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need and will use them in the future if I require their services again. These guys are awesome.
