first off if you want to skip all this reading there is a video i posted on tic tok of exactly why this business got a zero star. if they allow me to post the video here i will it is 4 mins. if not search tic tok for darryldeezy192. and its self explanatory. on July 10th i met Micheal Jackson unknown to me on my property. i asked him his name and was he affiliated with 3E Which is Jay barnes. he told me jay had sent him and jay was there. i’ll give it to Michael professional yes, details yes! but i was still questioning his business because it is associated with 3E but i gave him benefit of doubt that maybe jay really had him walking in blind and he wasn’t a part of the bad businesses associated with 3E Entity a simple google and facebook search will give you all the info you need on 3E. so i continue on with Michael and let him do his mold thing. he tells me hey imma send this off fed ex now and tomorrow it’ll be back from lab etc. etc around noon. he then ask me for my email name and phone number and says he’ll send it soon as he gets it. cool no problem. i mean its a serious matter of harmful mold right? so i left the property waiting for the mail or phone call in which Michael gave his word and took al my information for the purpose of letting me know the results. ok here comes July 16th six days later, i decide to give Michael a call since i havent heard from him in six days about a serious matter. although i do have that thought in the back of my head, man i hope this dude not connected with jay barnes because why would he show up unexpected admit that jay called him from atlanta on an emergency same day case just to not give me the results. side note jay barnes also does mole and water bascially the same thing mike does. (stupid me how could they not be in?) never the less i pushed the obvious out and gave mike a simple call to simply say hey i didn’t get the results could you send them. however the phone call where his wife picked up and gas lighted me, was rude, hung up in my face and kept saying if you a client of jay barnes then i have no business talking to you call Michael or jay. and i’m like this is Micheals number… but instead of me painting the narrative just push play and see and listen for yourself. its here if allowed but it not its defiantly on tic tok. and to think upon meeting mike i told him its not a good look to have your business associated with any of jay’s who is also goldstone general contractors. also my entire meeting with mike was recorded the entire thing, just get on tic tok and ask and ill upload. it will not let me load the conversation here but it is on tic tok search darryldeezy192 it is the only video there i am so baffled by this lady rudeness and gas lighting it is disgusting and i will never ever do business with these types of people. literally the only words out my mouth was “mike was here, i met him, he said he send email, i have no email” and this sent this lady off saying i’m rude i have an attitude etc and then hung up in my face. you can even see my face in the reflection of the phone i had zero rudeness or anything. We notice in your reply you mentioned nothing about the rudeness of your wife that entire phone call. There should be no hassle with providing that report to home owner if I knew I wasn’t getting a copy no way would I let you waste my time on my property like that you were there for an hour plus

Michael Jackson yes that is his name! He was professional, did what he said he was going to do and he charged me what he had quoted me. My bathroom had MOLD all over it. It was gross. Michael got rid of all of it. The bathroom looks great. I enjoyed working with Michael. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thanks Michael! 🙂 …

If you have any issues with water damage or mold…This is the company to use! We had a very bad issue in our basement and Mr. Jackson and his team had it completely resolved in no time! Very professional, knowledgeable and patient! I can probably teach a 5 minute class on mold and air quality now, because Mr. Jackson walks you thru the process and answers all questions!! And PRICE is fair and reasonable! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!! Very SATISFIED!

The insurance company I had denied my roof claims twice within a 2 year time span. The Big Three held them accountable and was able to help me replace my roof finally after bad storms ruined my ceilings. The Big 3 is really a great group of people who look out for their customers!

Mr. Jackson is very knowledgeable about mold and mold remediation. I was very impressed with the finished job especially the clean up after the application. He kept me updated on the progress of his crew and when things would be done. Mr. Jackson is a professional and I highly recommend his services.

I had severe home water damage due to a water leak. My insurance did not want to pay hardly anything ! The roof had damage by hail and the adjuster said he didn’t see any. Michael walked me through the process of his company and fought for what was fair and just. Michael and his wife were professional, kind, and I felt like I met two honest to goodness friends. Insurance company came thru only after they stepped in. Many thanks!! I would receive them any day!!

I highly recommend this company. Mr. Jackson came out the same day to inspect my problem! He educated me on the issue, showed me examples and actual photos, and walked me through on what my next steps should be to resolve the issue.
