We had the most amazing experience with Michael and the Restoration Complete team. My parent’s water heater broke and the basement was a mold nightmare, which was only discovered after my mother’s sudden passing in November. Michael and his team were so efficient and patient while we were navigating an extremely difficult time, going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of so my dad could live safely in his house of 30 years before we ended up selling it. Michael and his team made everything possible so we could focus on our family.

At first they were all nice and stuff but then things slowly started going bad like the job they did was not good a lot of cracks and uneven things. We were mainly in contact with jeff jones, he stopped taking our calls and would always cancel the appointments and I get they get busy but this would happen sooo many times and it would get so frustrating. They would make promises that we would get the house in two months and then those months came and they would just ask for money but no work would be done. They would tell us they had workers at the house and I would go to the house to see how it’s coming out and would see no one. They can say they were on break but I would be at my neighbors house all day hanging out with her and no one would go to the house and it was really disappointing because we trusted them. Around like October the work permit expired and they didn’t even let us know and they would tell us we owed them money even though we would pay but no work was done. We found out about that in December when we went to the city office place to ask if they knew anything, that’s when they told us the permit was expired and he would STILL ask for money and obviously my parents stopped because why would they pay him if no work is being done. It was so frustrating Because it felt like we were being played and robbed, they had a dumpster in our property and obviously since they stopped working and left us hanging we didn’t want it there so we asked if it could be removed and they said that Jeff didn’t gave permission because we owed him money when we had given him more than enough but we got it removed later. I definitely DO NOT recommend. They did us dirty and could’ve ATLEAST let us know and not just abandoned us and making us feel so stupid for actually believing their false promises.

Michael did a great job dealing with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered. On the rebuild, he made sure to work within the coverage amount so we had very little out of pocket expense. He even had his team come out and fix a minor issue that occurred long after the rebuild was complete, free of charge. Highly recommend.

Michael gave us an exceptional service. He was there the moment we had an emergency flood at 12am where our 2nd floor and main floor was affected. He showed up and quickly started to work on drying the damages done to our house. He was very knowledgeable and educating us in what was going on. Michael was there through all of the process from damages to dealing with our insurance. I without a doubt recommend Michael and his crew. We are so grateful to have found Michael and helping us out through a very tough time. Excellent work, transparent, trustworthy, great communication and reassuring. Thanks again Michael for helping us through the process especially with insurance.

A pipe burst from our ceiling and flooded our whole kitchen. Michael and his team did an excellent job quickly drying and fixing all the damage this caused to our kitchen. Honestly, the ceiling looks better than it did before, as they patched up our whole downstairs ceiling, fixing all cracks. Even with the stress with my 2 younger kids and a newborn during this mess, they were always courteous and respectful. Thank you Restoration Complete!! I highly recommend.

This was the single best service and work I have experienced in my life. These guys are on their game and good guys to boot. Jeff and Mike were always on site and when they couldn’t be, they were a phone call away, This project included damage from the roof to the basement and they were on top of it all the way through mitigation, dealing w insurance and construction.

From the moment Michael and his team walked into our house he kept his promise that work would begin immediately unlike ServPro. (I had some unfortunate events with ServPro that led me to Restoration Complete) We had an unfortunate second floor leak occur and travel down to main level and into basement. As soon as I gave Michael the green light, within 20 minutes, a crew was on-site beginning the demo. Michael took the time and walked us through the process from demo to rebuild. He provided us details and was willing to work with us during our travels out of town. Very trustworthy guys and crew while we were traveling. I would NOT hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. The rebuild/finish is beyond what we were expecting so we are very happy with the rebuild quality. Overall, 5 stars due to a solid rebuild to a trustworthy team. I highly recommend Restoration Complete. If you ever have any kind of water damage to your home. They did a excellent job repairing my leaking roof. And cleaning up the water damage on the second floor of the house. The mildew smell had set in and once they completed, their cleanup, the smell was gone and the repairs looked great!! Thank you so much.
