Overall excellent quality of service. Mr. Tray, was professional, respectful, nice appearance, easy to work with, very kind and knowledgeable of the smoke damages due to the electrical fire damage in my attic. He was able to put me at ease with the work process he would be doing. I was very pleased when the job was completed. PuroClean is well represented with Mr. Tray, as an employee.
