My friend who was formerly in the restoration business said their quote was very reasonable, as this industry has a lot of companies who price gouge in situations where people feel panicked and rushed. Northeastern Restoration has been a life saver!! Without them, our brand new construction home would be covered in sewage throughout. Brian was here within 45 minutes of calling him, which was on a Sunday evening at 8:30pm. He answered all of our questions, gave us next steps, and provided peace of mind in a very stressful situation. Brian’s crew is also fantastic! They are so kind and willing to do whatever they can to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. They moved our personal items for us (very neatly and carefully!) so we wouldn’t have to interrupt our work days. Northeastern Restoration did an amazing job! I was having some work done and my contractor accidentally stepped off the plywood in the attic and came through the ceiling (they were not hurt thankfully); Brian and his team came out and fixed the hole and it’s like it never happened. They were meticulous in their work, covered my furniture and floor while they were working and cleaned up when they were done.
