Frank responded quickly to a call for help. After a leaking pipe left several areas of my laundry room and basement wet and damaged, Frank delivered several fans and inspected for mold. His infrared photos showed where the water was inside the walls. After 3 days, photos of the same spots showed that the area had been completely dried. I would not recommend getting a leak and needing remediation, but if you do – call Frank at Water Out!

TL/DR: Honest professional who does great work! We were referred to Frank at Water Out after a pipe burst causing a sizeable area of flooding in the basement. This was right at the height of the extreme temperature drop at the end of December that caused a number of frozen pipes in the area. So, Frank was booked solid from all the other people who needed him too, but was incredibly communicative and responsive to my questions. He started the process at our house as soon as he had a free spot and took care of everything even when I was out of town. He even referred us to a plumber that I now love too. Fast forward a week later and we ended up with a leaking dishwasher hose dripping from the main level into the ceiling of the basement. I tried to work thru the home warranty company on this one, but called Frank (and the same plumber) when that became a frustrating disaster spanning several days. Frank was able to come out and ultimately assessed that everything had dried out during the warranty company delay. This would have been a perfect opportunity to charge us for a bunch of remediation we didn’t need, but he was honest instead. It is so refreshing to see that level of integrity in a business and I will reach out again if we ever need to manage another water issue.

Like most of ATL we had a water issue in recent storms. Frank Leff from Water Out ATL went out of his way to squeeze us in first by coming to assess our situation and then scheduling the remediation. We were incredibly anxious and he was incredibly reassuring in our time of need. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly and we are very grateful.

After remodeling our home we found a water leak in our pantry ceiling causing black mold. After plumbers fixed the problem our main concern was exposure to any existing mold. That’s when we called Frank Leff at Water Out Atlanta. Not only did he inspect and treat exiting mold but checked moisture levels in our basement too! Mr. Leff also arranged to bill our remodel contractors so our invoice was zero! Thanks Water Out Atlanta for a job well done. Mr. Leff was very professional & friendly.
