Absolutely satisfying experience! We had a tree hit our house. The process from beginning to end didn’t go without hiccups but they remained professional and respectful at all times. In addition to other issues that I won’t go into here, this is what the floors they laid for us look like. They were laid about 6 months ago, and we’ve had them out several times to fix, but they continue to peel up. This is just the worst of it. We questioned the process they were using from the beginning and, tbh, am not sure if the process was done correctly or not, but this is not acceptable. Ok….now the owner of this company has left a negative review on my wife’s Google business page in retaliation for this review. He has never used her business and, instead, is stooping to childish tactics to adversely affect her business in an attempt to force me to remove this review. There is zero basis for his review as, like I said, he has not used her services and his review is nothing more than an attack on me due to the many other issues that occurred during his time ‘working’ for us. He states that her company hired him: that is an outright lie. He was hired by ME as the homeowner to take care of an insurance claim. My wife’s name isn’t on the mortgage or insurance and, therefore, has no legal status to make such decisions. Just know that this is the kind of person you are dealing with before even considering hiring this company. As of now, we have contacted Google to have this false review removed, have saved a screen shot of his libelous review, and will forward it to both the Insurance company who has him on their preferred provider list, and to our lawyer if this, again, libelous review is not removed within 24 hours. He can also expect that I, and others, will picket his business location this weekend if not removed in the stated time frame. Update to respond to owners continued libel. Nearly everything you state in your response is false, which can be proven by emails that we both sent asking questions that went unanswered, and in a post-mortem email expressing my complete dissatisfaction with you, your lack of guidance, professionalism, understanding, and overall quality of work. At no point prior to the start of installation, did you or any of your workers express any guidance or opinion about our choice of wood or the difference in the way it would be installed. Heck, none of the workers, including the one that was supposedly the expert on flooring, even spoke english to any extent that communication was possible. Again, the proof is in the emails I sent you, which I still have. Your claim about pet urine impacting the flooring is a complete farce, considering I forced you to replace a large portion of the subflooring due to the damages that were done to it through the methods used to remove the original planks. Further, my dogs have never had an accident in this house, as they have a doggie door that they have access to 24hrs a day. The fact that my wife was initially unhappy with the color of the flooring has no bearing on the fact that the installation is shoddy. In fact, that issue was on Lowe’s, and she has grown to like the color. In addition to every email back-and-forth, which shows very slow response times, and in many cases, no response at all, there are records with the insurance company where I had to repeatedly contact them about your lack of communication. I record all calls on my phone and download them to a hard drive weekly, AND have cameras throughout the main level of the house, which is where the majority of the work was completed. As far as me reaching out to you… I have now done that; the ball is in your court. You’re a business owner and are aware of this situation. Whatcha gonna do? As a reminder, you have about 23hrs to remove your libelous review from my wife’s page. Google has, as of about 5 minutes after I left the previous update, removed your false, libelous review. As you did not make the decision to do so yourself, I will be contacting Traveler’s with the information in the hopes that they will remove you from their preferred providers list and our lawyer will be reaching out. Dude, you handled this incorrectly in EVERY possible way.

I love the work Estate Solutions has done for our home! They built 2 additional bedrooms, added 3 bathrooms fully renewed and even installed a deck. My experience was definitely the best i’ve had by far and I plan to contact the company even more in the future!
