1.Failure to communicate. After the initial visit they stated they would be coming back out. The tech messaged me says he will be the following day to wrap everything up and check on everything (Wednesday). Friday my insurance claim rep is coming out. I get a call on Friday evening saying they never came out. No one told me they did not make their appointment to come back out. On top of this when they came out the next week they ripped up Home Depot Life Proof flooring which I showed the tech the flooring box and said just put fans on it because it won’t mold, then check for moisture from there. They ripped up 250 sqft of flooring and when they did they damaged 30 more pieces of flooring because they were not careful and broke the edges of those additional 30 pieces. Lack of care, lack of common sense. 2. When I spoke to Serv Pro and they stated to me they were coming back out I told them I needed an estimate to put everything back. I never got an estimate. Again lack of follow through. If you want responsiveness, communication, common sense, detail to the job do not use this office.

The technician was at our house within a few hours after we called. Did a lot of work in a short period of time. He explained everything well and was very professional. I give him and the company high marks.

Jeremiah with Serve PRO took care of all of our needs for my mom’s construction from start to finish. I have never seen a more caring young man about his customers. And trustworthy. If he said he would call, he called. If we needed him or anything, he took care of it from insurance to start to finish. The contractors were amazing, The whole process was. And it’s all because of Jeremiah’s phenomenal customer service and knowledge, we thank serve PRO for an out standing job. Thanks again Jeremiah for all your amazing work and time. Joe M., Josh O. and Brenden A. Were all very courteous, helpful and patient. They are all ingenious. I say that because at one point of getting things back together they were puzzled and so was I. But, they figured it out! I am pleased with their performance.

After six inches of rain overnight, our basement flooded, and at 5pm on a Saturday, we called ServPro immediately for help. Jamey came out to our house ASAP! He was so helpful; he answered every question we had, big or small (smart or stupid!). Even after what had to be an extremely long day, Jamey was impressive. We are very thankful for all of his help and calmness during this hectic time!!
