Extremely professional, on time for appointments, do an amazing job, and Sky was an absolute professional even following up on the finished product to ensure it was up to satisfaction. Excellent company and while I never recommend places I definitely recommend them for water and mold mitigation!!

Darrin Story is the absolute best! A water pipe burst in my upstairs bathroom which also damaged the sunroom below. This was my first time ever dealing with a situation like this. I was devastated. Darrin assisted me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. He went above and beyond which I am forever grateful. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that made it’s way to our master bathroom closet. Our insurance set us up with Paul Davis restoration. They assigned Darrin as our project manager and he was incredible! He explained everything thoroughly listened to all my concerns and made sure that we were able to remedy the situation as quickly as we could. We had a lot of things come up at the time kids getting sick and family issues that made us leave state. But he made sure to keep in contact with us and to schedule everything so it was convenient to us when we got back. He also took the time check up on us to see how we were doing and if the kids were feeling better. I would highly recommend using them for any restoration and I would definitely ask for Darrin to be the project manager.

We had a tree fall on our house and had to submit an insurance claim, Paul Davis was the company we chose to work with. Our PM Darrin was consistently communicative and courteous over the duration of our repairs. They repaired almost half of our roof, gutter and downspout, a window, and our air conditioner. There wasn’t a moment I wasn’t certain what was happening because they were thorough and transparent. Additionally, everyone who came to fix our home worked quickly and the repairs looked like new! Thanks for making a stressful situation resolve quickly!

Darrin Story was our project manger from Paul Davis Restoration. From my perspective as a General Manager in the hospitality industry I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Upmost professionalism, he has mastered the knowledge of his field and anticipated our every need. He offered advice on questions I asked and never made me feel rushed or that he was inconvenienced by my rambling. Cutting to the point, he has been a breath of fresh air in what has unfortunately become the new world we live in. Above and beyond! Highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration and project manager Darrin Story for your home!

I cannot speak highly enough about the attentiveness, dedication, and overall professionalism we experienced with Darrin as our project manager through Paul Davis. Every question was received and we were given a prompt and well explained answer. When our project felt overwhelming he gave my heart peace with his guidance as our PM for our home. He assigned the perfect people to our home to restore what had been ruined from a substantial water leak. He clearly understood our needs and desires as homeowners. I cannot give enough stars or say enough remarks for his role in making my house a home again!
