Mr. Covington did a service for my parents in July and will not give them the documents they need to send to their realtor. My mother has called him several times since July. It is now December and he still has not sent the information. Very unprofessional. Do not use this man. Send them the information or give them their money back.

I guess you get what you pay for. Was supposed to remediate mold identified in our shower. Had to replace some tile on bottom wall and floor. Sloppy work replacing tile. Grout is darker than original grout so does not look good. And on top of that he cracked three of my original tiles in the process. Promised he would come back and regrout the floor and seal cracks. Several missed appointments have now just turned into completely ignoring my calls and texts. This process which should have only taken a couple of weeks tops is now going on five months. Wish I had went to a professional company….
