SerClean has been great. The service is exceptional from the start. We are somewhere in the middle now and I’m sure the exceptional service will continue. All the guys are great. CJ is a great guy. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing and doesn’t mind answering questions. If we have future issues, hopefully not, we will for sure contact SerClean.

I would like to thank the Serclean team for the excellent service provided to me throughout a water damage claim. The peace of mind provided by the team was amazing. Each tech that came in to my home was professional, courteous, and made sure that I understood the process each step of the way. They were timely with appointments and easily reached for questions/ concerns. The first I dealt with was Terez (got the ball rolling/very friendly) then Jacob, Lance, and Brandon and JRod (hope I didn’t miss anyone). All awesome! However, my VIP is TIM! I must say that he was PHENOMENAL in this process! He really made sure that I was comfortable as the homeowner through the entire process and put me at ease. I was able to reach out directly to him with any concerns or questions and he provided reassurance and was there when needed. He left no stone unturned with making sure I was calm/at ease through a stressful process and was very friendly/conversational. 5-STAR service, indeed!! Thank you, Serclean!

C J has been a hard worker and a great help during my water damage clean up job. He quickly explains what I don’t understand about the process and what the next steps will be. And he does it without making me feel like I should already know all this stuff about how insurance and construction works. I would recommend SerClean if you need a remediation service. I’m glad my plumber recommended them and gave me an alternative to the others I’ve heard about.

Tim and his team Calvin and Steve are phenomenal. After the plumber came and was unable to resolve the issue, mitigation was needed and they came within a few hours. Great customer service and wonderful work.

Really!!! When the guy told me do not contact the insurance company he would,I felt a way but then proceed to leave the fans on my property after I out right told him and his partner. I will not be on my property so I don’t want them leaving any equipment. He sneak and left the fans in my crawl space. When I found it I told him come and pick it up. Now I have a bill i got in the mail talking about I owe 5k!!! This company is a scam.
