Kenny Patterson and Douglas were amazing! Completely professional and yet friendly and reassuring. They quickly gained my trust. The 1st day here they worked until 1:30 AM! I woke up to no more water and the soaked flooring and baseboards gone. As in, no longer anywhere on the property!! Kenny was able to answer all my questions concerning the process we were going through. I have decided to go with their construchtion crew because of the experience I have had with Kenny and Douglas. They have set the bar high.

Carl Facchini is amazing he redid my whole living room, kitchen area and walls to perfection making sure there was no mold, or damage from a massive water leak that occurred in my house he worked over and beyond with an expert team to assure the leak was fixed, and that everything was put back into place…driving an hour away just to make sure everything was done right. Carl Facchini is a amazing, positive reconstruction manager for Serv Pro I recommend him.
