David Payne did a great jobs keeping things on track, and materials bought.Communication was good, the contractors used were awesome and worked very clean and showed up on time daily. Hugo and his crew were great and super nice. Happy with our project outcome in Flowery Branch,Georgia.

We experienced a water pipe leak in our guest room closet. It’s amazing that only a tiny pin point leak can result in damage to carpet and walls. Andy and his team came to our home to start mitigation. The mitigation crew cut out damaged walls and pulled up wet carpet. The crew kept everything organized and clean. Andy recommended a plumber that was able to identify and fix the pipe leak. Andy and his team were very responsive and kept us updated every step of the mitigation process. We begin the restoration process tomorrow. We are glad to be working with Level Creek Property Restoration. Travis managed our restoration project. The team did an outstanding job repairing drywall and painting. The original carpet could not be salvaged so we chose to replace flooring with LVP. The job was completed in one day with final clean up and walk through the next morning. Travis and his team were on time, worked diligently and cleaned up after the job was done. Travis was professional and kept us updated throughout the process. We highly recommend Level Creek Property Restoration. Thank you so much for helping us with this project.

Right before the Christmas holidays, I experienced a flood on my main level that traveled down to my finished basement as well. I was beyond distraught as I had recently had my entire 1st floor hardwoods refinished. With the recommendation from my insurance co (Travelers – who was GREAT btw), I selected Level Creek Property Restoration to manage the project and complete the repairs. I was assigned a project manager, Travis S, who turned out to be one of the BEST PMs I have ever worked with! Level Creek could not have a finer individual representing them in their business. He was quick to respond, handled all communications with the insurance company including identifying additional repairs needed that the adjustor had missed. He was very punctual, communicative and truly supportive throughout the project. Travis stayed on top of all the work being done and ensured it was done to MY satisfaction. In addition to being a fantastic PM, he is also just a really GOOD person! This was a very difficult time in my life and without a person like Travis managing the whole process, I’m not sure I would have gotten through it. If you find yourself in need, I highly recommend Level Creek. I especially recommend Travis S as your PM if you’re fortunate enough to have a choice!

Extremely satisfied with siding repair project & painting of our house. Crew was respectful, mannerly, & knowledgeable. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Appreciated Project Manager’s follow-up on progress & final walk thru & was definitely a pleasure working with Level Creek again. But what I respect more than all that is their word & follow-up with correcting issues after project completion even when it’s years later.

My insurance recommended them, and I am glad. They were very professional and proud of their craft. Restorations are stressful but they took care of everything. David Payne was awesome, he made things easier for us, going to the store to get items we couldn’t find anywhere. His calm demeanor made it so much easier. Miguel and his crew were top notch, working hard to get it done as promised. I highly recommend them.
