Dealing with flooding issues is always a bit of a nightmare, but we were lucky that our insurance company recommended Servpro. Devin was such a blessing to us in a very stressful time and she provided such great advice, kindness, and was overall just helpful in navigating the initial steps for cleanup and remediation. Along with the rest of her team: Kelvin, Juan, and Lee, we were lucky to have this group. 100% recommended!

We unfortunately had a water emergency happen to us over the weekend, but fortunately we had Servpro out for the initial evaluation and remediation and were just thrilled with their service, especially in such a stressful moment. Devin took the lead on things and she was just incredibly knowledgeable and just phenomenal support. Lee, Kelvin, and Juan were all equally fantastic and kind! Finding a reputable service like this is at times hard to come by, but we could not recommend Servpro of Athens more!

Brad and Kelvin were outstanding from start to finish. Service was great, communication was great, and everything was finished as promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

They came out the same day I called and provided amazing customer service. Devin was great in keeping me updated daily with the progress of my water remediation project. Kelvin, Brad, Heather, and Juan all did a great job communicating the progress as well! The work was thorough and all issues were addressed in a timely manner. An overall wonderful experience!

Our entire ServPro team were nothing short of five stars the entire length of their service in our home. Lee, Devin, Brad, Kelvin and Juan showed up when they said they would and kept us updated each step of the way. They were professionals in every sense of the word. I, Sunshine Duckett of Mason Manor apt, had the pleasure of working with Servpro of Athens. The team; Devin,Kelvin, Jansen and Juan worked well together. Their expertise, their professionalism and their knowledge of the work was exemplary. Unfortunately, I called them in a panic before realizing that my company already had a company on file. Servpro had to discontinue their service, however they completed what was authorized for them to do and even left tidbits of knowledge to look for in case of mold or mildew. That let me know that they had our interest at heart and it wasn’t just a job but the fact that they actually cared. I feel bad that they had to discontinue but their attitudes were so professional and I was so impressed that I will always refer your company to others. Just want the team to know I appreciate them. We had a second floor water heater burst while we were out of town affecting three finished floors of space. We called ServPro and Brad Ellis was on-site within 30 minutes of our call. He and his team worked for almost two weeks; we had such a mess. Brad was excellent explaining the process and answering our questions. He provided updates on the days we weren’t able to physically be there; excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend ServPro but do hope to never have to call them again!
