In August of 2021, we experienced a house fire. These guys were on the scene the same night as the fire and had the roof fixed up to prevent more damage. The manager assisted us throughout the insurance claim to ensure that nothing was overlooked for us, and his repair team worked through all of the insurance company, city codes, and covid concerns for employees to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. I wholeheartedly endorse their company for all restoration repairs.

The management was excellent. Although there was no mold in the walls in the end, he helped my wife and I understand what needed to be done, provided us with an HVAC company recommendation, and even assisted with a few other small problems. He truly tried to educate us and made sure the next steps were something we could handle. I’m grateful, everyone!

I’m typically wary of these companies, but I must admit that these people have changed my mind. The manager works professionally and enjoys what he does. He is extremely informed and dedicated about water remediation. If you have a bad leak, I recommend contacting these guys.

After a water leak, reconstruction and restoration can be quite stressful. Our project manager was excellent; he went above and beyond to ensure that our rebuilding was finished on schedule and that we were pleased with the outcome. We were extremely happy with him taking over our reconstruction project. He put up an excellent team and completed our assignment by the deadline he had promised. The internal design team and the technician were a pleasure to deal with; they were always quick to respond to our inquiries and creative concepts. Without these people, we could not have completed this project. We appreciate your assistance in restoring our lovely house.

Late on a Saturday night, we found a water leak in my son’s bedroom. I called my insurance company on Sunday morning, and they put this firm on my case. Although I was informed that I would hear from them first thing on Monday, I received a call from the company’s owner a short while after speaking with the insurance company, and a technician visited the house and began to work fixing the problem 30 minutes later. He was really helpful and gave me a lot of assurance that everything will be alright. He gave me an explanation of what to anticipate from their services as well as the full claims procedure. They were both really kind and courteous. They were employed.

These people stopped over to clean and disinfect the hallway, break room, janitor closet, and both restrooms. They did an excellent job. Was extremely professional. I would recommend their services any day. I look forward to working with them in the future.
