Titan is my hero! I didn’t know what to do after my house fire and was completely overwhelmed and lost. Titian Restoration was especially helpful with a vacant condo that was for sale and water leak that created a mold issue. As a Realtor dealing with out of country owners, I found Titan’s team was instrumental in coordinating with the insurance company and getting the job done as quickly as possible. They respond quickly and get to work immediately. With weekly communication throughout the process, the owner and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Dealing with insurance is a complicated and frustrating task, Christine at Titan was on top of the situation and communicated effectively. I had the misfortune of a fire in a rental property which required the entire place had to be gutted and completely rebuilt. Christine came to my rescue in dealing with my insurance company which I greatly appricated. Travis L oversaw the entire job and did a top notch job with his wonderful crew. I certainly hope I never have to go through anything like this again. However, should anything else ever happen Titan Restoration will be the first phone call I’ll make.
