Had a leak in the house recently due to a heavy storm. Germ Masters sent a their staff to investigate and do a moisture dectection test. Thanks to their inspection, we were able to fix the problem early and prevent further damage. I would recommend A+

I highly recommend Germ Masters Environmental. I recently contacted them to come out and inspect my bathroom. They did find a few issues regarding mold and moisture. The technician educated me on how to reduce the amount of heat and moisture to prevent the mold growing inside the walls. Thank you for being professional

Glad I found these guys before the situation gotten worse. Come to found out I had mold growing within the walls of my house due to pipes leaking. Must have been a while ago since it started which explains the strange wet smells I was having. So I called Germ Masters and they came out the very next day. They handle the job very professionally and explained to me how they would handle the problem. Highly recommend them to anyone who had a mold problem.

Germ Masters Environmental holds up to its name. They are truly masters of their work. They don’t just come to your environment and do the basics, they really search your building for possible mold build ups, rust, germs, and any other possible problems that can lead up to these issues in the future. They will write up reports of every single possible issue that is in your facility to get the highest accuracy of what materials and chemicals may be needed to be successful in their work to remove any problems. And they have strong communication skills and are very kind, professional and understanding of your needs. Great company to do business with if you want a kind environmental friendly hard working company that gets the job done.

I recently had house fire due to careless guests, so I gave Germ Masters Environmental a call to come inspect the fire damage for me. They sent a Saint of a man, named Phil, to my house. Now I say this man is a Saint because he went above and beyond he help me , he was so patient with me even as frantic and frustrated as I was , he was very professional, answered all my questions and more! His report was very detailed and included a diagram of what walls needed to be fixed. I definitely recommend him to everyone with any concerns or issues with their home.

I contacted Germ Masters Environmental after months of problems with my allergies. I have had allergies for decades but they have largely been under control. Our new home, that we moved into about a year ago, is a wood-framed home whereas our last home was block. We noticed the difference in moisture levels early on but didn’t pay it much mind. But as the months passed, I noticed my allergies were the worst I’ve experienced in years. It’s become almost unbearable. GME was excellent, they pinpointed the location and type of molds the house already had and performed moisture tests using moisture meters and thermal imaging. They could even see into walls to detect moisture! After they fully inspected my home, they provided a report which documented their findings plus recommendations on how to remedy each issue. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire procedure and the staff of GME. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend this company! Recently, I discovered a strange odor in my home and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I recently contacted Germ Masters Environmental for help. They were able to come to my home very quickly and within a few minutes they were able to find the source of the odor by doing a thorough inspection.
