Servpro’s Marco and Paul are true professionals. They dried my flooded bath and bedroom. Removed the damaged vanity and drywall with no additional damage and cleaned up the area before they left. I recommend Servpro for any restoraion and recovery needs.

Fabulous experience. i called @ 7:00 AM on a Friday; a crew was here within 30 minutes. A faulty toilet resulted in water EVERYWHERE (including water leaking from inside the house to the outside). Terrific customer service, helpful techs, and they came back each day to check on progress. At one point, we had five dehumidifiers and 15 fans going. Thank you to Paul, Kim (and Devon, who must have drawn the short straw since he came back each morning). Highly recommend ServePro of Venice.

I have used this company for my carpet cleaning for several years. They always do a great job for us. Highly recommend. I have used serv pro in venice fl, Georgia and in Panama City beach never had any issues with company or employees. Always professional and friendly.

My wife — diagnosed Alzheimer’s — from bathroom flooded two bedrooms, two closets, linen closet, shared hallway, and into the living room. Servpro of venice came quickly with a team and a dozen pieces of equipment. Within 2 days, everything was dryed out and ok. I was really impressed. The cost was less than I thought it would be.

Called when I had a flooded closet from a toilet and they couldn’t come out until the next afternoon so I said I was going to try and get someone to come sooner. Called back the next day because I couldn’t and they said they, “were not interested” when I asked why he said because I had called the day before and told them I would try to find another company. Incredibly rude in our time of need! Avoid this company.

This is a company that I hope no one ever needs, but if you have an emergency, this is the company to use. Not only are they fast, they understand that you’re in a vulnerable place, and will NOT take advantage of you like so many companies today will. I can’t give them enough praise for how wonderful my experience has been. It really is “Like it never even happened.”
