I do not recommend this company to anyone, it is one of the worst, the office Mananger Carolina Arroyo is a super rude person who does not even let you talk, he only tells you that he is going to send you to a collection company and that’s it, two years ago in 2022 later After the hurricane that happened in Cape Coral, I hired a company to help me make the insurance claim, and they worked with Apollo restoration, it turns out that in the contract I signed were the prices that they were going to charge for their services, and it turns out That after 2 years today they send me a Bill for 5900 and something dollars, charging for telephone call services, charging for the tarp for a value of 5200 and something when the contract said very clearly that it was 3.50 per sq.ft. and they were 600 when you multiply that gives a value of 2100, that is, they were charging much more. A guy from Bill’s department called me who had no knowledge of the Bill or the contract Here I am going to put photos with the evidence and don’t even think about hiring that company because you don’t know what they can come up with, in service they are the worst, they have no organization at all, I asked them to speak to the owner and they say it’s not possible to enter their records and the registered agent is Daniela Maza, if someone could tell me how to contact her or the owner I would appreciate it, to tell her that what she has working is a bunch of incompetent people who don’t know what they are doing
