This company rocks! We had a leak while out of town and called them to help us figure out what happened. Alan quickly came out and helped us develop a plan to solve our particular problem. Orc Services is the company that I can rely on to treat my customers right. Above and beyond! Called with potential bad mold issue. Steve was thoughtful and knowledgeable. Things worsened and again handled with explanation, compassion and speed. So grateful to Steve and others who helped!!!! If I could rate at 6 stars, I would. The sheer depth of knowledge and time that the mold remediation Mgr , Steve C (Sorry. Card here, I thought! ) took with me when I became very upset during this process of figuring out just what I was dealing with? Unparalleled. Then contacted a great Certified Assessor and I feel like finally I am gaining sone control! Count on them! Call them!

The Team was fantastic Did a great job of moving all heavy furniture out of the way and putting it all back when install was finished. I am suggesting if you want great quality of carpet , a great salesman Eric and the rest of ORC team, check them out in Sebastian on 512.

Couldn’t get a simple estimate! Alan came out 10 days ago for the estimate.The job was small. I had 2 other companies come out & gave me a estimate on the spot. I was told multiple times he will have it done the next day. Never heard back. After 10 days I still have no estimate. They said it will be next week again! This is poor business practices. I only waited this long for a estimate because they had such good reviews. I will not or recommend doing business with this company…

My husband and I found mold growth on our bedroom furniture in our brand new build We called ORC same day and they were so friendly and reassuring that when Alan came out we would know more. Alan contacted us next day and was at our house that afternoon. He completed a thorough interior and exterior inspection. During our walk through Alan checked our thermostat and made recommendations as well as educated us on humidity, mold growth and air quality. We were totally ready to pay for the time he spent with us but the consultation was complementary. Luckily our concerns only required us to pay more attention to the thermostat but Alan and ORC gave us so much peace of mind from call to consult. Thank you guys so much!

My 79 years old Mom needed someone to check under her manufactured home. She called 3 places for estimates, one being ORC. Well, she could not stop raving about the amazing customer service she received from ORC. She was so impressed that the service guy ALAN showed up exactly when they said the would. He was extremely thorough with his inspection. Not only did ORC give her an estimate which was the best out of the three, they where so honest. The first two estimates said she had Mold ORC verified she in fact didnt. Thanks ORC for not trying to take advantage of a senior widow.My mom will be telling all her friends at Park Place to use Orc Services.
