We had a very pleasant experience with iMold. As soon as I discovered mold around the AC vents, I called them and Hannah came out to check what was going on. She was friendly and explained everything very clearly. The day of the service was another pleasant experience. Sean and Matt arrived on time and explained what they were going to do. They worked quickly and efficiently. They covered the work areas with plastic to avoid damage to furniture and the floor and vacuumed after they were done. They were also very respectful and friendly. We would use this company again although I hope we won’t have to deal with mold again.

We already had a leak detection company come out and they were unable to locate the leak. Ronnie Campbell was here for 10 minutes and located the source of water loss for us. It was a pleasure to meet someone who actually cares and knows what they are doing. He explained the process and we feel at ease knowing we are going to be taken of by Ronnie and iMold.
