Masterpiece Restoration was the company recommended to us after another mold remediation company failed to resolve our mold problem. José was great to work with. He was thorough, responsive and most importantly, successfully removed the rest of the mold. I would definitely use them again in the future if the need were to arise.

Jose was the consummate professional. I had a leak under my kitchen sink which I initially dismissed as minor. That little leak lead to considerable damage with mold. His team knew exactly where to target and completely remediate my home. I will absolutely call Jose immediately if there is water damage again. Thank you for your help.

Jose was wonderful throughout the entire process. We had a water leak in our bathroom that ruined our entire master bedroom and bath, and he came and did all of the proper protocol to remediate it quickly and help with the insurance. I would highly recommend him and his company!

Jose Torres is a true professional and his company’s work is excellent. The Mold Remediation process went well due to his expertise and knowledge. I was able to get clearance as soon as the job was completed. Additionally, after drywall repairs, he came back and personally re-installed the blinds in the bedroom. I would highly recommend him for all work of this nature. Well Done!

Mr. Torres handled our project in Hobe Sound, at the recommendation of Keyes Realtors —- and he did a very good job, we were very pleased. And, Keyes Realtors were quite helpful in coordinating with Mr. Torres.

Job: resore bathroom, remove mold, retile the entire shower & replace vanity. If you want a CLEAN job without consequence, I would not hire them. Jose is the foreman or the supervisor but he did not check up on the work that his employees performed. They left cement/plaster particles on my front lawn. I was NOT kept in the loop as to schedule changes. They left my hose on, they left tire white mess all over my driveway and the side of the house, the toilet paper rod went missing and then when I was told the job was finished, I find that I still cannot use the shower because the hot war we wasn’t correctly installed w/ the new valve. Super upset with Jose for not checking up on the work of his employees.
