I have never, been so impressed by the level of professionalism with a company as I am with DCR Restorations. I have been in Florida for over 40 years and have run the gamut of no shows, unreturned phone calls, shoddy workmanship, rude employees. They went above and beyond my expectations and highly recommend.

Very pleased with James. I called and gave my info to the service, recd a call back within about an hour and James came the next morning. He was knowledgeable and professional, swiftly addressed the problem after diagnosing and didn’t try to sell me extras. I would use again and recommend them.

Made an appointment with DCR to check on an issue I needed to find what was wrong. James came out and looked at my property , very professional, on time, and very honest. Gave me some prices and by far he’s had the solution and by far the better pricing.

DCR did some significant mold remediation work for me including drywall removal, repair and painting. James was a pleasure to deal with – always responsive, honest and professional. I contacted him after a bad experience with an “independent” mold inspector who introduced me to a remediation contractor that gave me an extremely high quote. DCR gave me a much better price and did a fantastic job.

Called DCR out for a free inspection of our home, and James was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was honest with his assessment and determined we did not have a mold/mildew problem after all and gave some tips on cleaning the soured carpet we thought may be mold/mildew underneath. No pushy salesman tactics, just an honest free inspection. I cannot comment on any actual services besides the inspection, but can comment on the character of James and DCR! Class act!

NICE COMPANY.. We own a rental property in Sarasota Fl. last week we got a call at 10:30 pm from our tenants upset that over half of the house was flooded. The plumber recommended Dcr and those men cleaned up that mess until 2am. Not once didi they complain or whine. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. The office staff helped us to file our claim and the insurance company seemed to work well with them. Considering our situation DCR, especially their staff were nice to deal with. Thanks for your help..

At time of service was told that Insurance company would be billed, and that I would not have to come out of pocket except for deductable. They requested a credit card which my wife gave them. They never billed the insurance company and 2 weeks after removing equipment they charged our credit card with no prior warning. When bill was submitted to insurance it was determined that we were overcharged $392.00. Had to file dispute with Credit Card company to get the difference back. Would not use this firm again!
