When you come home and find your entire house is flooded you feel completely helpless. Dave changed that and within a short period of time he already spoke to and had my Insurance companies approval to begin getting my home back to normal. Because it was the entire house it still took weeks if not months to really finish everything but it went by relatively smoothly and the team at United Restoration is the reason why. Especially Dave. 👍👏👏✌️

I had mold damage in the walls of one of my bedrooms due to a leaking pipe and Adrian Perez’s team came out the same day to assess and start drying out the walls. They even worked with my insurance Adjuster to find the leak! He also recommended a great plumber to come out and fix the pipe for me. Both him, his team, and Edgar, who worked out a great price for me showed really good customer service! I will recommend them to anyone having this issue

I was recommended United Restoration and I could not be happier with the service provided. We had mold in a large portion of our house and their team quickly, efficiently and thoroughly removed the mold. Outside of the actual services offered, their customer service was next level. While navigating the whole process with our insurance, UR had helped us tremendously and provided insight into the process that I was unaware of. They answered countless emails and phone calls, and were was the most helpful and kind. I would, and plan to, recommend UR to anyone who needs it.

This guys done a great job at my property removing all mold and doing the remediation caused by a water leakage. They have done a very good and professional job sealing off cabinets and other parts of property that wasn’t affected and most importantly everything was done within the promised time… Thank you all for you service!

We had a wonderful experience with United Restoration. We had flooding from Hurricane Ian and called them. They responded immediately. We were not at our Florida property so Jordon kept us informed every step of the way with phone calls, texts, video’s FaceTime and photos of the restoration process. We felt relief to have him overseeing everything. It put our mind at ease during the whole process.

I have no reservations recommending United Restoration. I discovered a mold issue in one room of my house after starting a home renovation. After interviewing multiple companies, it became clear that they understood what was causing the mold. I was presented with a fair quote and work was started immediately. The crew was fantastic from start to finish. I unfortunately found other rooms that had mold and needed to call United Restoration back and again was presented with a fair quote. The second time around was also fantastic from start to finish. The crew was very respectful of our home, and we are thrilled with the results. Thank you also to Leigh and Lisa in the office. Always available and answered all questions!
