The WORST! Completely OVERPRICED!!!They DID NOT complied with the mold remediation assessment! I don’t even know how they have a license! I had a mold assessment plan done and hired this company which DID NOT follow the mold remediation assessment at all, they just left the Hepa filters and vacuum for 2 days in my place(not 4 days as the assessment said), they didn’t even removed all the drywall that the assessment clearly indicated that had mold. They didn’t performed all the tasks that their estimate included and which they had sent to the insurance. They charged the insurance $1000 more than the actual work that they performed in my property and they damaged items in my personal property. It’s been a year trying to resolve this issue and they said that there is nothing they can do. They toke $1000 more from the insurance company and they didn’t even removed all the mold from my property! I have very bad allergies and respiratory problems. 1 year trying to solve this issue it’s UNACCEPTABLE! *Update: I didn’t sent an email saying that I was satisfied with the job. I trusted them when they assured me that the mold was removed from my home, even though it was not removed!!

I used MVP recently to handle some water damage that I had in my home as a result of the recent super heavy rains in south Florida. My condo has old windows that aren’t made anymore and can’t be replaced, so I get water that comes in during bad storms. There was wood damage to the windowsills, and damage to my wood floors. MVP responded promptly when I called – someone was out same day, and immediately began treatment by taking drywall samples to test for mold, and installing fans and dryers to remove the water. They worked with my insurance and HOA directly – which saved me a ton of time and hassle. (They had to work with the HOA to address some damage outside of my unit that was the HOA responsibility.) I never saw a bill – they handled the claim with insurance directly. Within a few days, the problem was remedied, and they came back to remove the hardware (fans, etc,) that they installed. I also recommended MVP to a friend who had a similar issue due to the storms, and they had a great experience too. Everyone who came out to my home was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Since this water issue has been a recurring problem for me, they gave me a lot of peace knowing they’re available to fix it again if needed. I’d recommend MVP to anyone. A 100% great experience from start to finish.

They leave mold behind, do not comply with the mold remediation plan and charge you for the service. They are rude and unprofessional a HORRIBLE experience overall, no warranty at all for the service! I do not recommend it at all!!!!! They do not remove all the mold!

We recently had a leaky pipe which resulted in an insurance claim with water damage and mold remediation. Gerard and the team at MVP did such an incredible job, I highly recommend them. They were professional, punctual, respectful, and very courteous to us as homeowners as we were going through such a stressful house fix. Great job MVP!

They had been recommended to me by a friend who used them twice. I was extremely happy with the service I received. Gerard was prompt, communicated often, and kept me apprised of what was happening. The team rha th was out here were always on time, friendly, and did a great job. Making it easy for me, they referred a mold assessor and general contractor. Overall, I can highly recommend this group.
