Teresa and Big T (Tiago) did an excellent job of demolition and remediation for the mold and water damage in our large garage. Both are extremely professional, respectful and VERY hard working in this hot and humid weather. They handled our personal possessions as carefully as if they were their own. A month of water damage and mold could have been terribly stressful, but Teresa & Big T were so calm and reassuring every single day. Our Project Manager Tony Collins also did a great job keeping everything organized and well scheduled while he also took the extra time to manage our expectations at every step of the way. Tony answered my many texts and emails promptly and was always super polite. (In the midst of all this, I had eye surgery & my 75th birthday.) Shawn Meek, our acting supervisor in charge of reconstruction also did a superior job. While he’s definitely very efficient, knowledgeable & well mannered, he also managed our scheduling in a very expeditious manner. His subcontractor Mauricio, the drywall guys, the father & son painters Fabio & Miguel and their cleaners all did excellent work. Breanne also worked a little miracle for us with help from Mike. What more could we want from a team that enters your life to help during a time of water and mold damage and duress? You want the A TEAM & that’s what we got! Thank you ALL for a job well done.

Teresa and Big T did a great job, she explained things, was considerate, helped move things that needed to be put in the pod, took their time to make sure that I had gotten done what I needed and was comforted so that things would seem to go smoother. A group of five young people came the day they were here they didn’t seem to have direction I wasn’t told what was being done. I was just told to take it easy and go and sit down. I thought that they were more experience than that, but it seem like my granddaughter had to influence them how to pack certain things that were in “special“ to me. Ilerika was their supervisor, and she didn’t even have the discretion to close the door. She actually kept the door open and I heard her reprimanding the four young men that were working with her This meant to me that she didn’t have control of the situation so it showed me that they need a lot more training and experience. didn’t make me feel at all comfortable, I even found one of my gnomes that was on the counter in the kitchen cracked. I, Kathy Steinberg feel overall that they did help out and Teresa and big T can influence these youngsters to do better as they get more experience for future situations. Thank you all at service pro for doing an efficient job. In a situation where flooding occurs in your home it is best to stay calm and not get overwhelmed. You need to know that you could depend on somebody to come into your home and manage to take care of the necessities that you need if you Have to deal with people who don’t have experience and manage to move the things that you feel and “special“ that doesn’t help you to move on to a better situation.

Had house flooding, Treyce came an immediately went to work to clear the water. He set up multiple fans and dehumidifiers. He promptly came back every day to check. Once dry he quickly and completely cleaned up his equipment. Treyce did a fantastic job. Thank you Servpro for a job well done!
