An elderly care caregiver of an adult son with disabilities passed away and I was asked to help prepare the home for sale. We needed to act quickly as the proceeds from the sale were needed to provide for the disabled son’s immediate and long term care. We discovered that the home had mold. Based on the recommendation of a veteran real estate broker in my office I contacted Preferred Environmental Services. They responded quickly, provided a very competitive quote and did a wonderful job. Great people, easy to contact and very professional.

Working with Jim Giles and Preferred Environmental Solutions has been an amazing experience. Mr. Giles has a wealth of knowledge and experience concerning mold remediation. Coming from Colorado, we were unaware of Florida’s regulations and statutes regarding mold remediation. He provided the information we needed to make an informed decision as to the path we needed to follow to resolve the problems we faced. We are so appreciative of the quality of service we received from Jim and his team. Out of three bids, one extremely high and another that was curiously low, the Preferred Environmental Solutions bid was in the middle. Getting laboratory certification after the job was completed was very comforting as well. We highly recommend this company for mold remediation.

My experience with Preferred Environmental Solutions was outstanding. They recently helped me with mold inspection and remediation, HVAC ducts and vent cleaning. I recommend this company without reservation. This company has over 30 years of experience; they quickly identified the source of the problem and quickly developed an action plan. Mr. Giles was very honest from the beginning and always delivered on time. Mr. Giles, owner, was available every time I had questions or concerns. His team was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to this company and I do recommend their services to anybody needing help with mold remediation.

Top notch company and highly recommend. Everyone was so friendly and they are very knowledgeable in what they do. We had an air duct cleaning. Sumner was our technician who came out. He answered all the questions we had, which was an lot and had everything finished in a timely manner. I hired them for air duct cleaning because my baby has allergies and I was hoping it would help. They arrived an hour and a half late and cared more about talking to me than they did getting to work. They also used harsh cleaners and bleach right outside my baby’s nursery while I was trying to get her to sleep. They finally left and my husband came home and found a few vents still dirty. Disappointed and a waste of money. I wish I would have used another company.

I had the dryer vent cleaning today. Benjamin did an excellent service. Highly recommend Benjamin. He’s the best! And Jim is awesome. He is very caring. This business is EXCELLENT!
