Showed up immediately after calling them for help. Roofing company left our roof down to bare wood and it rained. We got water in the attic seeping through the drywall leaving the ceiling wet and water on the floors. Elements brought in fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything up. The ceilings are now completely dry. Everyone from the owner down to every worker was very understanding, polite, careful, and knowledgeable.

Told me last Friday that a crew will be here on Monday and 1 guy shows up and takes there equipment and leaves.i had 2 friends step thru the floor .

I’m a new homeowner, and I recently had a cascading number of issues following hurricane Irma. The most pressing was water damage to my downstairs, via a stepcrack in my homes lateral wall. Straight up, the only helpful thing my home insurance did was send John and Mary. Their knowledge, skillset, and customer service are top notch, and a cut above the rest. I was railroaded by my insurance every step of the way, and nothing about this repair process was easy. But, every encounter with John and Mary made the process just a little more bearable. They are an excellent ambassador for Elements, and I would reccomend their services to anyone that values their home/investments.
