We used this company for mold remediation. The service and quality of work has been top notch from the very beginning. Every interaction with each employee from the project managers to the mitigation technicians has been exceptional. We would like to specifically highlight the mitigation team that worked at our home who made sure to adhere to their protocols and ensured the work was completed in a timely manner. They were happy to answer any questions or concerns throughout the process and made sure to clearly communicate protocol and expectations. Thank you Alberto, for doing the demolition work. Thank you Edgardo, for doing the disinfection process. Thank you Michael, for installing provisional AC units. And of course, Andrea for managing the whole project from start to finish leading her team with most positive energy and encouragement.

All American Water Restoration was assigned to restore my home after devastating losses due to leaks and ultimately a pipe bursting and flooding my home. Jennifer Sills was the project manager and I could not be more impressed with her organization, dedication, ability to manage so many moving parts at one time and to think quickly on her feet, her ability to solve whatever problems came up, and to show compassion through the entire process. Jennifer and the entire AAWR team made what was a very difficult and emotional situation easier to deal with with their professionalism, quality of work, and responsiveness. If I ever had any questions, there was always a willingness to go above and beyond to explain or to get whatever answers I needed. I greatly appreciated the communication throughout the process, which helped to ease my mind knowing how things were progressing and that the team was on top of it. Every challenge we were met with, they found a solution for and they approached everything with care, respect, courtesy, hard work, and professionalism. They took what was a nightmare situation and a huge loss, and turned it into such a beautiful new place for me and my daughter. The transformation from beginning to end is astounding. I am so thankful for Jennifer and the AAWR team, and I highly recommend them to anyone requiring water restoration/home repair services!

Had a refrigerator line leak. They remediated the mold and then Andre was assigned to complete my repairs on my kitchen. He worked with me and the insurance company to get my kitchen completed in a timely manner and it looks amazing. Highly recommend working with AAWR and specifically Andre. He kept in touch with me the whole time and made sure I was happy with everything they were bringing in to replace what was damaged even when I wasn’t happy, they fixed it quickly.

Great team at AAWR. Smooth communication the entire time. Andre was my project manager to repair water damage in my home. He kept me informed every step of the way about the schedule, which I appreciated. The tradespeople they had for the work itself did an excellent job. AAWR also worked the water mitigation after the damage initially occurred. Different crew, but also just as pleasant to work with.

AAWR are simply the best in the business! They turned my water leak / mold nightmare into our dream bathroom! Jennifer and her team provided top notch service, showed incredible attention to detail, were always punctual and always had an open line of communication, walking me through every step of the process. They didn’t stop working until they made sure I was 100% satisfied with the results, which I am! I am in the middle of a crazy water leak that has been hard to locate. Adam, Smitty and the gang at All American have been amazing at helping me navigate next steps and helping me keep my sanity while the insurance company yanks my chain. Highly recommend them for all needs

AAWR did water mitigation in my home in August 2020. Last week I found out there is extensive mold growing in the exact area they allegedly treated. Not only did not remove moisture according to their drying logs, they submitted a fraudulent bill to the insurance company leaving me on the hook for over $8,000. Long story short: I will not be ripped off. AAWR sued me, put a lien on my home, and created an immense amount of undue stress in my life. I won the court cases (all of them). AAWR did not get the amount they over billed and now owe me $12,000 in legal fees. Yo Rob Supertino! Pay me before the judge sanctions you. AGAIN lolololololo #FAFO

AAWR, and particularly Chris T., were amazing throughout a recent mold remediation process we had completed. There were some hiccups throughout the process (none AAWR’s or Chris’s fault) but Chris and AAWR were extremely adaptable and understanding with great communication through every step. I will definitely be looking to them if I have any remediation needs in the future. Fantastic company and great technicians.
