Cody was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain and answer questions. Had a water leak behind the refrigerator. He removed the water damaged and dried and cleaned the rest to prevent mold. Great job. I will recommend Servpro anytime.

Servpro of ocala will be my new go-to! My wife had some Spanish candy concoction that ended up spilling all over my couch! I thought it was ruined, but Cody came by and was able to almost completely remove the then- 2 week old stain! It’s hardly noticeable now, when others have told me it was a lost cause Cody came and saved the day!

Alexis of Servpro Ocala along with his helper Zack did an outstanding job in the reconstruction of my home. They were experienced, honest and polite. Always on time and took the time to totally clean up job site everyday. Very satisfied and would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

SERVPRO has been amazing with repairs after a tree fell on the house. Alexis went the extra mile and color matched the paint on my wall to the exact shade by saving a piece of the old wall in my dining room. It was definitely a wonderful surprise. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Everything looks brand new again. I would absolutely recommend this company. Adam has been wonderful as well keeping me up to date on all progress and explaining the process.

Servpro Ocala was great handling my company’s issue. Mike got here right away to check out the problem. Then Rose and Joseph took great care of us. The next day (Sunday, Mother’s day) they arrived exact at our arranged time and were extremely thorough, answered all my questions, and were very polite. Definitely 5 stars, more if that was an option.
