On April 5, 2024, I contacted Christopher McCormick to schedule mold removal and reconstruction of our master bathroom shower. He caused further damage to our shower by clogging our master bathroom shower drain with grout and concrete. I contacted him about the issue and after going through the legalities, he is claiming he is not liable. The concrete and grout caused the shower pipe to crack creating a hole. Our shower worked fine before I scheduled him for mold removal. He continuously claims he “plugged” the shower drain but pictures show he did not. He is a good person but a very dishonest, disloyal, and an unprofessional business man. Use at your own discretion. Still fighting this issue and we have been without our shower for almost two months.

After the hurricane we had mold covering our attic and Chris and his team came in to do a mold remediation. They said it was one of the worst they had seen. After 3 days of intensive work all the black mold was gone. It was like a brand new building and the office is in historic downtown Pensacola and is a very old building. The mold remediation they did was Spectacular!!! I am so glad they were able to save the building. I honestly didn’t know if it was possible because you can’t reach the areas that were cleaned. The years of experience and knowledge the team brought to the table was exactly what we needed. I appreciate all they did and recommend them to anyone with a mold problem.

I called Florida Mold Removal Service Group and they came out for a Mold Inspection. They provided honest information and they did not pressure us or try to sell us on everything that can be done but isn’t required. We passed the mold testing with no issues when they were done. I highly recommend them for any of your mold remediation and removal I’ve used them for my homes in Pensacola, Navarre and Miramar Beach. I will continue to use this company. One of my homes was older and had lead paint. Chris, the owner was knowledgeable and EPA certified to handle that as well, we even hired them for all the construction repairs. Thank you guys!
