I had a tarp installed on my roof almost one year ago. They installed a painter tarp that disintegrated within months and I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone and my insurance company has already paid out. Now i have water damage again and my family keeps getting sick from the mold. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

Wondering about RoofMax? Keep seeing the commercials? I called! Alejandro came out from Restore All Water and Property Damage- my case was assigned to them when I contacted RoofMax through their website. Alejandro was on time and thorough. He inspected my shingles to make sure they were in good enough shape to proceed and mine were! The estimate was also sent on time. The price was reasonable, and to get another five years out of my roof, I figured – worth a shot. LouAnn made paying the invoice and getting an appointment for the service easy. Once I was done- my warranty was sent. I will update periodically to see how the roof holds up!

It was initially difficult to get in touch with someone after submitting the request for information, however once they reached back out to me the communication was excellent. LouAnn, Alejandro and the team were thorough and very helpful. I would recommend looking into this option before replacing a roof.

They showed up exactly when they said, they were incredibly efficient, cleaned up each day, and did a great job. Working with Restoreall was a true pleasure. The team was promptly on time, professional, courteous, and they walked us through every single step of the process. We had them do Aersoseal Duct sealing for our home and the process was incredible. Thanks to the Restoreall team we have an 83% efficiency improvement in our air conditioning duct system and as a result we are saving around 20% on our monthly electricity bill. Needless to say we are thrilled!!!
