be wary… grossly over charge, filed a lien on my mothers property within 16 days, before insurance could address , who then told them they grossly overcharged for industry standards… Beware… a lien on your home in less than 30 days is cause for alarm an advice to avoid these people

Louis and Ben, our local ServPro team, came out immediately last Saturday when we had a rain leak in our living room. They had the proper equipment to dry us out and came daily to check on us. They were professional, efficient and friendly. We would totally recommend Servpro of South Brevard.

Had a leak in master shower, water on bathroom floor and leaked into master bedroom, a section of carpet was soaked. Servpro was there in an hour, removed water from carpet, brought in equipment and checked every day to makes sure things were dry. Johnny Foreman and couple other guys were so friendly and professional and went above and beyond. And they dealt directly with my insurance company. I would give them a very high rating. Also they came back and pressure washed my carpets and an area rug, Earl and Lorenzo, very nice and did a great job. Thank you all.

I had a leak from my second floor laundry room into my first floor living space. Thank goodness for Servpro and Andrea for literally saving the day. They were all friendly from the phone calls, to the team that should up on site. The Servpro team on site was extremely professional, walked us through everything and because of the great documentation I was able to turn everything into my insurance! I highly recommend Andrea and the Servpro SB team you never want to call them but when you need to make that call you want the best and they are the best!

Do Not use ServPro of South Brevard. They are not an honest company. In my case they charged me thousands of dollars even though they didn’t fix the problem that I hired them to fix. They didn’t seem to care that the problem was not fixed. They just wanted to get paid. Also, what they ended up charging was far more than what they initially quoted me at. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
