SERVPRO of East Coral Springs for the win! I can’t say enough about my extremely positive experience! I called SERVPRO of East Coral Springs after water was found in my office, under the floors. John and Nelson arrived promptly after my call. Mold was also found, since the leak had been going on for a while. The mold and water damage were cleaned up and fixed in an extremely efficient and professional manner. John and Nelson explained what they were doing, every step of the way. They also had great contact with our insurance company. I highly recommend this company and appreciate them keeping my stress level to a minimum.

I only knew of Servpro from their commercials I’ve seen on TV. When bad luck struck at home and we had to deal with water damage from a pipe leak, I knew exactly who to call. This company makes dealing with a crisis much easier & less stressful by truly being a one stop shop with cleaning, restoration, mold removal, remediation, and rebuild, which we used all of these services. Servpro was with us every step of the way and monitoring each phase regularly. We felt very comfortable knowing they were handling this situation. John from Servpro has been professional, polite, prompt with each service, and very knowledgeable. Each phase was done with care and cleanliness in the home and thoroughly completed. I knew we were in great hands from the beginning. I cannot thank you enough Servpro, for making a messy situation so much more manageable. I would highly recommend to others and would use them again if bad luck struck again, but hopefully it won’t!

Servpro was wonderful!!! John and his crew were quick to respond to my flooded kitchen from a leak. Even discovered another leak from another area which I had no idea! I will not hesitate to call them back if I have another problem.

I had a serious mold issue at my condo. I called Servpro of East Coral Springs once I noticed it. They came out right away, surveyed the problem, and advised me of what was needed to correct the issue. They removed the drywall and set up dehumidifiers. Testing was done to make sure it was safe to return. Through it all, their work was well done, and they were very careful to keep my household items from dust. It was a pleasure working with John, Nelson, and Catherine from Servpro. They are very friendly and professional, and made sure I was always satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend Servpro to anyone needing work done in their home.

I needed my sectional couch and recliner cleaned. They were top notch from beginning to end. They had great availability, were prompt and did a fabulous job. Very happy with my CLEAN couch and chair!

I cannot recommend Servpro of East Coral Springs enough. My roof was leaking and we had water damage in the house. They came out the same day! They were super friendly and very professional and got everything taken care of quickly. I also love that they are a locally owned, family run small business. Highly recommend!!
