I would highly recommend this company to remove mold. They were extremely kind and very good. Abel was the tech who removed all the mold for me and he worked very hard and did an excellent job. I would give this company, and especially Abel, FIVE STARS!!

I would like to share my experience with Puro Clean and all members of the team who were able to assist me with a remediation at one of the properties I manage in Winter Park, FL. Throughout the project, they were very professional in terms of the proposal delivery, the timing of completion, and of course the communication. As well, Franklin Chacha was able to remain on top of the project from beginning to end and provided all the information required by the owners for this project to be approved. As promised, the schedule was followed and the work was performed in accordance with the contract. I would like to thank Puro Clean for making my tenants happy with the excellent work they provided.

This review is for Franklin. I am the Claims Response Technician for Heritage Insurance. Our department assigned Puro Clean to provide pack-out services for one of our policyholders. Franklin was the lead technician assigned to this task. Franklin is a high-level professional and customer-focused individual. Franklin ensured that our policyholder’s contents were stored safely and securely. Thanks to Franklin, he has made this process much easier for me to complete my assignment.
