Brad was extremely professional and knowledgeable about a suspected leak beneath my kitchen cabinets and subsequent mold that had developed. He was also very helpful with suggestions and recommendations on other service companies that I ended up needing. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Urgent Restoration in the future. Given all of the positive reviews, we had high hopes for this company. Unfortunately, after coming out and assesing our situation, Bradley never bothered to send us an estimate. He said it would be ready that day, I followed up with him 3 days later, and he said he forgot, and that was 5 days ago. Every other company that came out was able to send us estimates except for Urgent Restoration, LLC.

When a plumbing leak causes flooding in your home and you are panicked, these are the guys to call!! Brad and Matt arrive quickly and are calm and efficient. They get right to work and explain everything along the way. Matt will even help you get a scared cat out from under a bed!! Highly recommend!!

These guys were great throughout the entire project. The cost was affordable and the work they did was amazing. I used them to take out mold inside my entire house. Highly recommended. The customer service of these guys goes above and beyond.
