This comp this company was called out for a leaky ceiling. They came out. I was told that my walls were wet they did readings on the wall. However, I had to have another company give me a second opinion and the walls were not wet. It was the ceiling where the leak was coming from not the wall they are charging me $2500 for the use of a dehumidifier and a fan which was not used because the walls were not wet. They put a lien on my home and are requiring payment. They’ve also forged my signature on a legal binding document that they submitted to the county in support of their Lien. This company is unprofessional they’re misleading there ethics are unsatisfactory as an active-duty servicemember I’ll make sure that no other servicemember veteran or any other consumer uses this company go with Roto-Rooter they were professional, honest, and they didn’t charge me for anything.

Dreyer’s DKI were very responsive as Alicia fit me in for a mold inspection. Mike and Mike explained the issue in a concise, straightforward manner and then provided an estimate. We were able to schedule an appointment shortly thereafter. Kent, the technician, was professional and efficient as he completed the treatment. He addressed all concerns in a polite manner and cleaned up all debris without harming my furniture or floors. A+ service all around with reasonable cost!

Very appreciative of dreyers dki. I called for a mold inspection and was able to get a technician out next morning. Robert provided great service- he was kind and knowledgeable and was able to identify the source and a solution.

Brandon was professional, skilled and efficient, even at 1am on his first visit to help me in a situation I was way over my head on. Would definitely recommend to anyone in a pinch with water damage mitigation!

When I reached out to them about a condensate line backing up into the house, they came out within hours and pulled back the carpet and put fans and dehumidifiers. They stopped by every day to see the progress. Once everything was dried out, they removed their equipment. I appreciated how proactive and responsive they were.

Mike Guerra is a wonderful person. He is very knowledgeable of his craft. He helped me understand what was happening to my carpet and how it was going to get fixed. He is very punctual and respectful. And he keeps his word when he gives you the time frames. I have nothing negative to say about this guy. I’m just happy I was able to do business with him. Dreyer’s DKI came out and checked for mold in my condo on the Beach. They didn’t find any thank goodness. They did however tell me how I can lower the humidity in my home. The inspector was very professional and I appreciate their honesty. Would definitely recommend Dreyer’s DKI if you even think you may have mold.
