I have used preferred disaster response on multiple occasions for my rental portfolio. I can always count on them to answer the phones and be there quickly. Super professional, trustworthy, and reasonable. I recommend them to everyone! I don’t know what I’d do without them.

We have some water getting into our garage. Called several places and either never received a call back or were told they didn’t do what we needed. Anthony answered the phone immediately, put us on the schedule for the next day and came to see us on time. He did an inspection, told me what he thought was the best course of action (all the while trying to make sure I didn’t go spending money where it wasn’t needed), answered all of my questions and didn’t charge me a dime for the visit. First class guy who I wouldn’t hesitate to call…five stars all the way!!

The owner, Anthony was great to work with. He was able to look at our crawl space promptly, gave us a plan of action with a reasonable quote, and had a very competent and nice crew take care of the work on schedule. Highly recommended.

Anthony was on time, inspected my problem areas and recommended an air quality test, which I had done and it showed I had a completely different problem. He was honest and saved me thousands of dollars. If I have any issues with water or mold in the future I’m definitely calling him again! Thank you

They just did my mold remediation and I couldn’t be happier with their work and their workers. Anthony the operations manager was out here numerous times, he answered my texts and phone calls right away. Their prices are reasonable compared to other mold remediation companies. I highly recommend them.

I work for a company and we had a horrible issue with flooding in our main dining room. One phone call and they did a quick and efficient service. And now We were ready and in operation. I hope this situation doesn’t happen again but if it does I’m reaching out to Preferred Disaster Response. Highly recommended to businesses
